Color makes a difference

with 2 comments

Bonnie Hunter taught a quilt workshop at  the Brandon Guild a few months ago.  The workshop was for a pattern called Virginia Bound. Today during our  sewing at Judy’s group,  Pat finished sewing her (many)Virginia Bound blocks together.  That inspired me to show a few of the variations made by workshop participants. This is Bonnie’s original quilt:

Pat’s version-can you guess that she likes Halloween?

How about one for a baby girl? Actually, TWIN girls.

Here is Cindy’s quilt, she didn’t limit her colors-a true scrap quilt.

Debbie and Judy made a Christmas version.  Debbie’s is quilted and bound!

Wow, this was fun!  I think I’ll have to try to forward the pictures to Bonnie.
