It’s Tuesday, I’m Sewing
I haven’t shared the projects my Tuesday sewing group are working on in a while, this is a sample. A lot of green is being sewn…Judy, Claudia and Cathy are working on Christmas Pickle.(I wanted to join in on the fun, but I’m still working on the Lone Starburst.) These quilts will be spectacular, but they are quite a bit of work. Claudia cut green squares for one entire day at Judy’s.The hundreds of green squares will be sewn into pinwheels , a sample is in the tray. Judy loves stars, here is a work on her design wall.Cindy started a bow tie quilt along. She is using cheddar as the fabric in all 900, yes 900!!! squares. Cathy is making blocks with pink, Claudia is using a color called cheese sauce. Pat is also working on this project, but I forget what her background color is. Cindy, who is a sewing “machine” has her blocks finished and is now making them into nine patches. It is a scrap quilt, she is using 900 different fabrics for the “ties.”Debbie finished the CUTEST baby quilt.I’m making progress on my quilt.
