Pretty in Pink

with one comment

A  little bit of Florida Spring for my Northern friends who are sick of winter. First, vincaDSCN2198 DSCN2200

This is called Lorapetalum aka Chinese fringe plant.  The bush is LOADED with blossoms.

Now you can see why it is nicknamed fringe.

This rose may not have the prettiest flowers, but the smell is AMAZING.

It wouldn’t be my garden without a bit of yellow.

I even have a pink flower on my quilter. This was made by Claudia.

Hope you enjoyed my peek at spring.

  1. The first two picture is Catharanthus roseus, commonly known as the Madagascar periwinkle.
