Some pictures from my Tuesday at Judy’s sewing group:

DSCN2282 We talked Kathy into making a fifth applique block for a beautiful piece. It is almost finished.DSCN2283 DSCN2284

Pat is making a very, very cute JUNGLE THEMED baby quilt.DSCN2285 DSCN2286

Judy and Claudia are making a quilt that is made of lots of striped fabrics.

Would you be shocked to know that the Lone Starburst above is mine?  A finished project, started in a class by Kimberly Einmo.DSCN2298You might remember the THOUSANDS of green pieces of fabric cut for this quilt.  It’s called Christmas Pickle, I think this is Judy’s. Claudia and Kathy also cut thousands of green pieces.

I bet you thought THIS was a quilt I made.  No Debbie made this, isn’t it cute?DSCN2302

Pat is also making the Christmas Trees above.

Cindy who is a turbo quilter made this top.  It was a “swap” project.  Seven people made lots of blocks and exchanged them.  I can’t get into the specifics of the numbers because even though Cindy had the number of blocks in a row figured out, it took 8 people, 3 calculators and an abacus to figure out that she had either 16 too many or one too few blocks to make 20 rows. (I think.)DSCN2322L.C. has decided to learn to use a computer, I guess that means it’s time for me to go!
